Nano-liquid chromatography (nano-LC) is an analytical microfluidic technique offering some advantages over conventional ones. Analyte separation takes place into capillary columns containing selected stationary phases applying low flow rates. Reduced sample dilution, lower sample and mobile phase volumes, perfect coupling with mass spectrometry (MS), and reduced costs related to both analysis and waste are the main advantages. Nano-LC has been applied to the analysis of a large number of compounds, e.g., peptides, proteins, drugs, enantiomers, agrochemicals, etc.

Abstract
Nano-liquid chromatography (nano-LC) is an analytical microfluidic technique offering some advantages over conventional ones. Analyte separation takes place into capillary columns containing selected stationary phases applying low flow rates. Reduced sample dilution, lower sample and mobile phase volumes, perfect coupling with mass spectrometry (MS), and reduced costs related to both analysis and waste are the main advantages. Nano-LC has been applied to the analysis of a large number of compounds, e.g., peptides, proteins, drugs, enantiomers, agrochemicals, etc.File in questo prodotto:
