Adequate nutrition is one of the inalienable rights affirmed in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Motherhood and childhood are entitled to special care and assistance. Nutrition education in Italian schools requires a complex and systemic approach because it addresses the coexistence of hunger and overnutrition-related problems. This approach aims to help young people become aware of their relationship with food, to orient it in a healthy way, and contextualize it within a global framework that includes different realities and often dramatic problems. This chapter goes on to give some terminology differentiation, the link between nutrition and healthcare and some Italian project. Finally, some tips and tricks for preschool children familiars are given.

Abstract
Finally, some tips and tricks for preschool children familiars are given.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
